Waste heat utilisation in the butcher's shop (2014)

In a modern butcher's shop, energy costs play an increasingly important role in order to survive in competition. A butcher's shop in Bavaria has decided to use the waste heat from the cooling systems for heating and hot water preparation in the butcher's shop with adjoining residential building.

The waste heat from the various cooling cells is recovered and stored in an Oskar° stratified tank. In due time, the service water is heated flexibly to the required temperature level by a hygienically working fresh water module. In addition, the excess heat is used to support the heating of the building. The generators are controlled by the central controller, which was configured and programmed by our company according to customer requirements.
